Provide floor dimensions, ceiling height, doorway widths, and electrical outlet locations. Include photos of the venue from multiple angles. This data informs design and logistics planning.
Site Access
Confirm delivery and installation dates, parking availability, and access restrictions. Notify building management or venue staff of our arrival. Clear any obstacles from the set area in advance.
Modular Storage
Reusable components are stored in our Toulouse studio for up to 30 days post-production. Extended storage available on request. Climate-controlled environment protects panels and frames from warping.
Reference Images
Share mood boards, competitor sets, or reference stills from other productions. Visual references accelerate design approval and reduce revision cycles. Include color swatches and material preferences.
